When you request quotes, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, state, suburb or postcode, whether you are buying or selling, property type and any message. We do not ask for more than we need to connect you with conveyancers.

Why we collect it and who we share it with

We collect this information so we can connect you with one or more licensed conveyancers or solicitors who can provide a quote and contact you about your enquiry. By submitting the quote form, you consent to us sharing your enquiry with those professionals. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to retain it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us to access or correct your information, or to stop using it, by contacting us at hello@conveyconnect.com.au. You can also ask any conveyancer we connected you with to do the same.

Marketing and unsubscribing

If we send you any email, it will identify us and include a way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
